Booking, profile, guest tickets: find what you need here. You can read this page without signing in.

Getting started

What happens after I book?

We check your booking details and prepare your invoice. You then get an email inviting you to set up your Host login. From there, you can shape your public profile and keep track of your booking and invoice. Your ticket links appear once payment and the necessary approvals are complete.

Your booking confirmation is not a ticket link. Missing an email? Check spam, then get in touch.

How do I access my Host area?

Open the invitation link in your email and set a password. Then sign in at app.omclub.de/host/login. Your login email may differ from your invoice email or general company contact.

Can’t find the invitation? Check spam. If it isn’t there, or the link has expired, email sponsoring@omclub.de. We’ll check what happened and send you a fresh link if needed.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page and enter your login email. Never set a password? You’ll need your Host invitation instead. Ask us for a new invitation if the old link no longer works. For security, the recovery page does not confirm whether an email address has a Host account.

Brand & profile

Where can I change our name, description and logo?

Open Brand & profile in your Host area. You can edit your public Host details and upload a logo there. Before you save, make sure you’re happy for the name, website, words and images to appear publicly.

Saved changes and the published page can differ briefly. Your Host area shows the publication status. Print placements or screen loops may also need a separate production logo; the upload panel explains the requirements.

Is our Host profile public?

Yes. Once published, visitors can view your Host page on omclub.de. Your account, invoices, ticket links and guest data stay in the signed-in area. If you spot a mistake on your public page, edit the profile or tell us.

Guests & tickets

When and where will I find our tickets?

Open Guests & tickets in your Host area. Ticket links appear there once they have been prepared and released for your participation. Payment must be processed, so a bank transfer may take a little time to show up.

If links are still missing after payment, send us your booking or invoice number. We can check the payment and release status.

How do I send tickets to guests?

You have two options. For a direct invitation, copy an available Eventbrite ticket link under Guests & tickets and send it to one guest. The link opens Eventbrite registration. Its code belongs to that ticket. Each link can be redeemed once, so do not post it publicly or send it to several people.

Want guests to ask for a place first? Share the private guest-list request link in the same area. A request is not an invitation and contains no ticket. You decide who receives a Party or VIP ticket.

How does the private guest-list link work?

Create a private request link under Guests & tickets. You can copy it and share it directly, or use the email option there. It does not appear on your public Host page. People with the link enter their name, email address and an optional message. Their request appears in your list only after they confirm their email address.

You’re in charge of each request: send a Party or VIP ticket, or decline it. When you approve and send a ticket link, the ticket comes out of your available allowance. The request link itself does not reserve a place or issue a ticket.

An Eventbrite ticket link or code does not work. What should I do?

Eventbrite sometimes says “This code has already been used” even though no ticket registration was completed. This can happen if you opened the link, entered some details, went back, and then tried the same link again in the same browser session.

First open the complete ticket link from Guests & tickets in a fresh browser window. If the message remains, try a private or incognito window. Eventbrite then starts without the earlier session and its cookies. Complete the registration in that window and check that the correct code appears. That message alone does not mean your ticket was redeemed.

If it still fails in a private window, email sponsoring@omclub.de with the booking number, affected link or code, and the exact Eventbrite message. We will check whether the code was actually redeemed or blocked. A completed ticket link cannot be used a second time.

Bookings, invoices & VAT

Where is my invoice, and when will tickets appear?

Find invoices and booking status under Bookings & invoices. New OMClub invoices are due immediately. Once payment has been received and the required release steps are complete, booked ticket links appear in your Host area. Payment status may update only after the payment is recorded.

Have your invoice number ready when you contact us. If the billing address, legal company name or VAT ID is wrong, tell us. An invoice that has already been issued needs a separate review.

Can I book more services or tickets?

Yes. Use Start a new booking in your Host area. Check the price, scope and billing details before submitting. An additional booking has its own confirmation and invoice; it does not automatically change existing ticket links.

If you can’t select the number you need, or the booking fails, send us the error message and the quantity you had in mind. We will check availability and the right way to add it.

Why does my invoice include German VAT? Does reverse charge not apply to foreign companies?

For admission to an in-person event, the event location determines the place of supply. OMClub takes place in Germany. For admission supplied to a business, section 3a(3) no. 5 of the German VAT Act (UStG) places the service where the event actually takes place. This reflects Article 53 of the EU VAT Directive. A foreign business address or VAT ID does not move that admission service to another country.

Where the service is taxable in Germany and no specific exemption or reduced rate applies, the standard German rate is 19% under section 12(1) UStG. This is a tax rule, not a choice OMClub makes. A foreign billing address alone cannot make admission to a German event VAT-free.

Why no reverse charge? The commonly cited cross-border B2B rule is not the place-of-supply rule for admission to an event. Admission follows the specific event rule. A foreign VAT ID alone does not change who must charge the tax.

Businesses established in another EU country may be able to reclaim German input VAT through their home country's electronic refund procedure, subject to eligibility. The tax authority, not OMClub, decides the claim. See the European Commission's guide to VAT refunds. Your tax adviser can help assess your specific invoice.
